Great Experience with this business/
I took my strong minded, energetic 6 month old Brittany Spaniel , Brandy, to Jacque Armstrong for basic obedience training. I was astonished with how quickly Brandy settled down to business and worked for her. After only two classes, Brandy looked forward to seeing Jacque and even knew when we were within a mile of her place. I have boarded Brandy on several occasions with Jackie. Brandy didn't mind in the least when I would leave her for the day or overnight. She would have let me know in no uncertain terms if she was not happy staying there. Ms. Armstrong does not accept dogs in training classes or for boarding that are not up todate on their shots. For me, it is very reassuring, to know that my dog is not going to be exposed to something that would be a threat to her health or even be fatal. Her boarding kennels are very clean, with plenty of room for them to play in. I highly recommend Jacque Armstrong for training and/or boarding your dog. Morgan W. Alamogordo,NM.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
Wow! This lady is mean, insulting and an all around horrible person. Not to mention she yells at you and your dog and even whips him with leather leash. And her training methods are done with food. She is horrible with the dogs and even worse with people! Amatuer is an understatement. I would drive to El paso or even albuquerque daily or weekly instead of having her train my dog. Absolutly awful!!!

HORRIBLE!! A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
This lady is the rudest lady I have ever dealt with. And she even hits your dog!! On the first visit she managed to hit my dog , call me stupid, and told my son that my dog would never respect him bc he was so small. ANd the whole time she was only trying to sell me overpriced items that I already had. For instance she wanted me to get a choke collar for my puppy (rottweiler). I told her I had one at home but didnt bring it , and she went so far as to tell me it was no good quality and that I should take it back and buy hers. But she said all this without even seeing the one I had. It was clear to me that she was trying to make an extra buck instead of trying to educate me or do whatsbest for the puppy. She is hands down the WORST dog trainer in the world!! A complete nightmare!!! Let me save you some frustration and time and do not expect this lady to help you out with your dog at all. Im not even sure why she is in this kind of buisness. Whatever you do do not waste your time and effort with this one!! HORRIBLE!!
