Absoulutely the Best Surgeon in Anchorage

Dr. Sarah's surgical skills are amazing. It has been 13 months since she did a tummy tuck on me following gastric bypass surgery, and I look and feel great. My surgical scars are not even noticable, the muscles are still tight, and at 53 years old I have the flat belly that I never had even as a teenager! One thing I love about Dr. Sarah is how she always has time for me. I never felt rushed when asking questions. She was concerned about my concerns and when I told her I was afraid of the pain she didn't just push it off as a stupid comment. She was realistic in telling me what to expect for both the short and long term results of the surgery and how she would handle different scenerios that could possible come up during the operation. Since that initial surgery I have gone back to Dr. Sarah for other unrelated surgeries and have been equally pleased with both her and the results. In June 2011 while on vacation I ended up in the hospital and had to have emergency surgery. I wanted to come home and have Dr. Sarah do the surgery but the situation was such I needed the surgery imediately. When I came back home Dr. Sarah took care of me and showed the same concern for me even though she hadn't done the surgery. On the inside the surgery done by the other doctor was a success but on the outside I didn't heal correctly. I was left with a gaping hole that did not close, not to mention it looked terrible. In September I again went into surgery with Dr. Sarah so she could repair that hole. What she did was unbelievable. You can barely see any scars and I know the little bit you can see will fade with time. I need to sing the praises of Dr. Sarash's staff. Jenny at the front desk is wonderful. She handles the pre authorizations with the insurance, takes the necessary pictures, and does all the follow up to make sure the insurance pays their part. However, she also will answer any questions you could possibly ever have, she returns your phone calls, and she follows up on everything she said she will. Dr. Sarah's nurse, Kristin is another valuable staff member. Besides being very good in her nursing skills, she is also a very kind, caring and concerned person. She has a very sweet outgoing personality and I look forward to talking with her everytime I go to the office. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Troxil and her staff for what ever your needs may be.
