User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Tina 01/16/2012 My experience with MCCHC was the worst experience of my entire life. My son and I have zero insurance and had no choice but to go to MCCHC. Every trip to that clinic was a total nightmare. I felt worse after having to be subjected to the EXTREMELY RUDE, FALSE ACCUSSATIONS, UNEDUCATED PHYSICIANS. I say uneducated as judged by their behavior and the illiterate things that came out of their mouths. Every visit was a different dr. None of the drs were on the same page; nor did they care. I had one dr yell at me for trying to ask him questions. The other dr totally ignored my plea for help with my son (and this was my son's dr visit). The physians were EXTREMELY OBVIOUS about not wanting to be bothered. I can go on and on about all the ETHICAL VIOLATIONS they exhibited. One violation they did would have cost the dr his license (I know as I worked side by side with therapists). I realize this entry will fall on deaf ears and will be considered as a disgruntal patient, but I assure you I am very educated and know the difference!!! I would never wish that type of treatment on any one else. I highly advice others to file an official complaint with someone higher up (if you turn it into the actual clinic it WILL NOT get to the appropriate person).
