Andover Floral
I ordered flowers online expecting them to look like the picture, when they arrived they DID NOT look like the picture. They made huge substitutions and did not notify me. Including switching out the main orange colored roses to yellow (it was for a birthday for pete's sakes). I tried to rectify the situation and they only offered to "go pick them up" after they had already been delivered.... nice , no customer service at ALL. They blamed ME for not checking the do not substitute box. (( just heard...they did drop off some additional "purple" roses, but they didn't contact me about it ))
