Sam was punctual, thorough, and a pleasure to let in the door. Our couch and carpets are good as new, with no more funky smell or spots. The whole thing took about an hour and a half and he left us with info on how to take care of our couch and told us to call him again if we had any questions. Highly recommended.

Speedy service
We needed last minute service and Alpha steamers was right on it! Leo got me on the schedule for later that afternoon and my carpets look great. The gentleman that came out were very polite and helpful. We will be using them again.

Quick and Professional
The folks at Alpha steamers are top notch. They worked hard to schedule a cleaning as quickly as possible and came early on a Sunday morning before I had guests arrive. They managed to clean some stains and got the whole carpet looking like new in no time. Very professional and reliable. I will certainly hire them again and recommend them. Thanks Alpha Steamers!

Yet another job by the steamers
I am over the moon at how wonderful my house looks and smells after a visit from Alpha Steamers carpet cleaning. From the moment the boys arrived they were extremely professional, they explained to me exactly what they would do and went about the process with little disruption to my household. I am an extremely fussy person and their attention to detail absolutely astounded me. Friends and family coming to my house have all noticed and commented on how different my upholstery house looks-especially the Carpets as they look like they did 4 years ago when the house was new. I am busy telling everyone I know about Alpha Steamers carpet cleaning as I was beginning to believe I would never find someone reliable and professional to use for the purpose of cleaning my home

Great Job
I had stains in my carpet (berber) thought I'd never get it out tried a steam cleaner I rented, to not surprise it made it worse. I called Alpha Steamers they said they thought they could help they'd do their best. They did better then best the carpet looked new again couldn't tell there had been any stains. I look forward to years of a great relationship with these folks I will not try anyone else. Before I tried to stream the carpet myself I had a steam co before they never got everything out the stains came back up. That didn't happen with Alpha Steamers. The tech that came was also very professional and knew his business.Thanks, Michael was great and so was the service!!

Great job
I finally got my carpets cleaned by Alpha Steamers. Finally because I tried 3 other companies first. One never showed. Twice. The second company told me their original estimate was too low by half and in order for them to start I was to sign a double priced contract. Didn't happen and they got nasty. The third company was priced right but inept in the cleaning process. I ended up with damp walking areas and areas under my furniture untouched. Sam came cleaned (everything) and left. They left me with the entire carpet cleaned they left me with dry carpets they left me with a reasonable invoice for complete honest work. I now have a restored faith in service businesses. I will be using Alpha Steamers again when I need cleaning done.
