RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...These people do not understand what customer service is...the receptionist (Brittany) has literally cursed me out over the phone (multiple times), has hung up in my face (multiple times), and has even threatened me if I do come back...like seriously...The manager/owner is certainly no better. He has given me the run around when I told him of my unpleasant experience, and dissatisfaction with the work that his technicians completed. The shop will not honor the 2 year warranty that comes with the window tint service, and when I asked to have the windows redone (as there are bubbles and the sheets were not cut properly; therefore they do not fit and there are portions of the windows that are not covered/tinted) I was told that there is a no refund policy, however they could redo the work. Of course, when I have made arrangements to go in and have the work redone, I am always told that there are no appointments available, or that someone will call me back (which of course never happens). I have read on another site where the owner has responded to a negative review saying that "some people are just never satisfied"...my response is you and your company have no concept of what it means to provide sub standard, let alone quality customer service. I'm not sure what your business model is, but you might want to revisit it." I would never recommend anyone to spend a dime at this establishment.
