I am from the Pacific Northwest, RVing through the USA, seeing National Parks n stuff. A mishap in Yemassee left us with damage to our tow vehicle and our NW State Farm Adjustor recommended Beaufort Collision Center for repairs. From the beginning Andy Marshall was extremely pleasant and did everything he could do to get us back on the road quickly. He juggled his busy, busy shop calendar and put us ahead of about 15 other jobs. When we checked in he called the Rental Agency immediately and got them involved, before he began to work on an estimate for the repairs. Our alternative ride was acceptable. I'm a tall guy and need the leg and head room that a lot of compacts and subs don't have. Andy was absolutely fantastic, in fact, he kept us posted daily and when the job required an extra day he let us know right away so we could alter our travel plans. I stopped by the shop twice when driving through Beaufort and he showed me and explained in detail what was being done. Andy arranged to have the vehicle taken into Savannah for sub work, instead of having it done locally by a contractor with a rotten attitude, and in the process ended up saving quite a lot of money and got a better job done. The completed repairs were above and beyond what I expected to see. The detail guy did the vehicle inside (including windows) and out with a thorough wash and detail. I think Andy Marshall provides a level of service to ALL his customers which far exceeds what a lot of people will find in other businesses. The attitude and helpfulness of all the people in the shop reflect the kind of business you will find here. Beaufort Collision Center was highly recommended, by State Farm, and by several locals I polled before I took my vehicle in for repairs. That kind of recommendation can't be taken lightly and I believe Andy Marshall and his crew have more than earned the acclaim. His life time guarantee compels him to do a good job the first time, every time. Thanks to all the crew. If I lived in the area you would have all my business.
