Buyers Inspection - This is the typical inspection.For this type of inspection the home buyer hires us before closing to examine the home. The buyer can use our inspection report to re-negotiate terms, have items replaced or repaired, and budget for cost deferred items.
Sellers Inspection - This type of inspection is purchased by the seller before their home is listed.This can be extremely advantageous to the seller because items in need of repair can be addressed allowing the home to be shown in satisfactory condition.
Warranty Inspection - This inspection is for the homeowner with a new home in the eleventh month of a one year warranty. We are hired to investigate all aspects of the house making sure everything is in satisfactory condition before the warranty expires.
Home Check-up Plan - This one is for anyone who wants to have their home inspected in order to find potential problems.This is a great way to make sure your home is maintained and avoid unseen problems that left alone could become costly. We offer a pay-as-you-go or a 5 year plan with reduced payments per inspection.
Radon Measurement - Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the world.The Surgeon General says that every home should have its radon levels measured and when equal to or above the EPA's limit of 4pCi/L, corrective measures should be taken.
Termite Inspection - Subterranean termites destroy homes. Most infested homes go undetected because termites will not expose themselves to light, they will eat their way through the middle of any material leaving them unseen. We have been trained and licensed in both Kansas and Missouri by the Department of Agriculture to inspect for the presence of termites in homes and recommend proper treatment.
