Happy with the service
Good service with affordable price, the technician was very polite and efficient; he even fixed a minor problem with our basement lock with no charge after he finished the main job.

Excellent customer service!
We moved to new offices and we needed to change some locks in the building, I contacted Bay State Locksmith in order to schedule an estimate. The technician that came was very professional and polite; I asked him if they can also quote us a price for 2 door closers that didn't function properly. I received the estimate within 2 days and the job was scheduled for the following week. They did a great job with competitive prices and we definitely use them again.
