happy again
they came out the next day and got my computer up and running and i fortunately did not lose any of my stuff. i flipped out when my computer crashed, symantec was not help whatsoever, and the geeks were very patient with my lack of knowledge in computers

we have been a resident of beacon hill for over 43 years now, and i just recently stumbled upon Geek Choice. I stopped in spoke with a technician and he gave me some advice, and i brought my laptop in the next day to have it cleaned up, they were fast, and very courteous and I just think they are wonderful

I was having some issues accessing my email on MS Outlook. Then i called geek choice and they sent a man over to my home later that day, and he fixed my outlook settings and now all my emails are coming through! thanks Geek Choice.

I’m disabled and the computer is my lifeline. When it’s acting up, I almost feel as if I’ve lost my voice. The technician they sent looked as if he was still in high school, but he knew his stuff. He left my computer running better than it has since I first bought it. Geek Choice is the real deal.

I received an I Pod touch for my birthday but didn’t know how to download songs onto the ipod. I called Geek Choice and they came right out and gave me a tutorial on how to download songs onto my ipod and computer. They were very helpful and professional. My daughter was visiting us from out of town and she brought her laptop with her. She wasn’t able to connect to our internet so I called Geek Choice and they came out and added her to our network so that she was able to use her laptop freely around the house. I can always depend Geek Choice for all of my computer and electronic needs.

My computer works fine, but I needed help with Adobe Photoshop. It’s a new program that I need to learn for my photography class. Geek Choice had a technician who spent an hour walking me through the basics. The knowledge I gained was very useful, and Geek Choice deserves all the credit

slow computer
My Dell computer was running very slow and was becoming a headache. I wanted to speed up my system but wasn’t sure how to go about it. A friend told me to call Geek Choice because they are very affordable and professional. I called and they came out the next day and cleaned up my computer and put on a good anti virus protection. Now my computer runs much faster and I am virus free

fantastic service
I dropped by laptop and cracked the screen. I called Geek Choice and they came to my home and assessed the damage and quoted me a price for a new screen. They ordered it from their vendor and I received it in the mail two days later. The Technician came back out and installed it and now it’s like brand new.
