First time visit, long time bikers, which they look like they're trying attract. Nice interior. Wait Staff is awesome! The crab in the BLT smelled like a bait bucket. Manager presented it to the owner's wife-I now know why Kirk is Krabby-they simply responded that it was "within the date" WRONG!! Right answer would've been, Oh we're sorry what can do for you to make it right? NO offer to take it off the bill, my wife was creeped out didn't want anything else, the owner's wife still stuck us with 2.99 for the fries!! so you just ****** off two customers for 2.99? TACKY, NO CLASS. The owner's wife just walked around like a zombie, not engaging customers, no eye contact, she simply ignored us as she walked by no apologies. A gal in the know said the Kirks are just the way they appear, treat staff poorly and obviously prospective happy customers. Not business savvy, not friendly, grumpy, crotchety humps. I thought the Krabby part was a schtick when I heard about the place...NO schtick, they are Krabby people, they look unhappy and treat the gals there like ****. Can't imagine business longevity being in their favor. Too bad because the smoke meats were great, greens and red beans were great...just not the owners. The only right thing about the Kirks is the name of their restaurant.
