Great company! We’re now beginning our 8th year with Carolina IT Services! We were running 10 or 12 pcs peer to peer and were beginning to have problems that we couldn’t handle in-house, since being a small business, we didn’t have an IT department. Changes were immediately implemented which corrected the network problems. We utilized their expertise to select and purchase server equipment that we used a number of years. Our servers have been replaced twice since then without interrupting our business hours. They remained onsite the morning after the upgrade to ensure that everything ran smoothly, which it did. Their response time is second to none and they remain calm even when I’m not. While we’ve experienced a few odd situations, they’ve been able to swiftly isolate the problem and rectify it. Having Carolina IT Services handle our computing needs has really freed me up to concentrate on my regular job and has reduced my stress level considerably. Many times I have called them my hero. I heartily recommend their services!
