Called this location for a specific bed, they said they had it in stock and to come on down to the store asap. When I arrived they did not have my bed!! Mngr there said he would call around to find the bed, he made a couple calls and nothing. The next day I called around and even went to Arlington Heights location because they also said they had the mattress in stock but did not. Finally I contacted the Orland Park location and they gauranteed my bed was there so I traveled from Arlington Heights with Carlos to go straight to Orland Park location and IT WAS THERE!!! Very happy with Orland Park location because the process was quick, professional and very knowledgable about every product I questioned. I will sleep well knowing that i got a quality bed warranted, and backed by a reputable company
