          My opinion

I think this must be a tourist trap. We were staying in downtown Chicago and asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance from our hotel. He referred us here. I'm not saying it was absolutely horrible, but it wasn't great. Patrons basically wait on average an hour (we were there on a Monday night --- 3 of us.) You're told to place your pizza pie order at the window 15 minutes after you put your name in. This keeps the kitchen moving alongside the wait line. I ordered a spinach pizza which wasn't bad but nothing to write home about either. Lots of families, lots of noise, crowded wait area, and not well air-conditioned. By the time it was all said and done, I was over this place.
