Worst moving experience of my life. They tried to charge over the contracted rate with hidden fees that were not detailed in any discussion or our mutally agred upon contract while they held my items, did not deliver on the dates promised, damaged my home, had poor customer service and follow through and deceptive business practices.
It was a pleasure working with Midway.

10's across the board! Midway Moving was so good! I even called and told them that it was the most rewarding experience as far as moving can be. I've moved 14 times, I've lived all over the United States, and that was the smoothest move by far. The crew worked better, and more cohesive, than any I've seen. I would highly recommend them every chance I get! They stayed with me until 10 o'clock at night, loaded up the truck in the rain, and practically gift wrapped everything that was on the truck; the only thing missing were the bows! They were outstanding, so much, SO MUCH BETTER than I could have expected. They were outrageously good, John, Shawn, and the third one. They were very personable, and they worked well together. Such a nice crew!

I used your Company 4-15-2011. You sent me 3 excellent gentlemen. They really did a wonderful job, and I hope that all of your movers are as good as they are. Your movers are very professional and very personable. If this is is how you train your people then I will tell all my friends to use Midway!

They arrived on time, worked quickly, and got everything to our new house in perfect condition! The guys were really nice and even took their shoes off every time they went into a room with carpeting. We will definitely use Midway the next time we move.

Do not hire this company. They are not reliable and take advantage of having your furniture in their truck to get more money out of you. Their hidden fees magically show up at the time of the delivery and there is nothing that can be done since you want your stuff back. Using them has been the biggest mistake of my life. They destroyed my walls and damaged a lot of my furniture and told me my furniture was damaged before they picked it up. They overcharged my and got away with it. They sent an older guy that had problems with his legs and stayed in the truck and had to send another person to help make the move faster - they love to take their time. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure everybody knows what a crappy company they are! STAY AWAY!
