BEWARE FIRST TIME RV BUYERS!!!! Columbus Camper Center had very good prices, however, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the promised orientation lasted five minutes. Due to the lack of training, which we asked for several times, we had a serious problem with a tire--- they failed to tell us to check the lug nuts often on a new trailer. We lost five hours and $500 to repair damaged lugs and tire rim. When contacted, the owner told us we should have read the owners manual. We paid for 30 lb butane bottles and they switched them for 20 lb, and we paid $450 for dealer prep and we found many problems they did not correct and the inside was dirty. Advise first time buyers to avoid. Don't believe what they tell you, check it out. They will even remove or substitute items provided by the manufacturer. Very dishonest.
