The place literally stinks
If youre a non-smoker BEWARE!!! The place stinks of old cigarettes, the showroom is dingy and service is poor at best. We left because we could not stand the smell of smoke. the sales rep made a snide comment, "Sorry youre in such a rush" when in fact we thought the smell was unbearable and the selection lousy. we did see a chandelier there and found it online for a whole lot less. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

A front end to the Internet. You should shop the Internet yourself. In fact, use their listings of manufacturers and then seek distributors- you may find Internet sites that will ship to you- and you will avoid tax and frustration by dealing with this "business". My experience resulted in them not ordering what I asked for, being threatened by the stock boy for interrupting his sales associate - likely related. A disaster. I called the manufacturer of the product part I needed and they sent it free of charge. So yourself a favor and stay away.

Do not recommend this place
Just bought a series of lights for our home and went thru Crystal Lake Lighting. They came recommended by our electrician. He did not know they switched to a new owner.... I can't say this strong enough but it's like pulling teeth to get a call back, status update, or a correct order. We've gone through several months of phone calls, store visits, emails, product returns - just to get our order finalized. The owner doesn't return our calls, I finally threatened to call the Better Business Bureau - and the owner called me back within 10 minutes. But she reverted back to her poor customer service..and we are still waiting on 1 more part.....:( my DH and I learned our neighbor is a lighting distributor and we got our final parts within 7days - she is amazing and efficient:) and has better pricing! She was able to obtain all items that Crystal Lake Lighting could not locate.
