Quick and informative!
Uptown Locators was super easy and very helpful in my apartment search. My agent David and Yana were prompt at returned my emails with a few minutes. They were able to find the best apartment within my price range and the exact area I wanted. I thoroughly enjoy the experience and just recommended Uptown Locators to my sister on her search.

Yana was extremely patient!
Uptown Locators was extremely helpful. Yana was my agent. She really listened to the qualities I was looking for in an apartment. She was extremely patient with me before I knew I was even moving to Dallas for sure. I am extremely pleased with the place we found and I would recommend Uptown Locators.

Uptown Locators is great for those of you re-locating to Dallas from out of state. I had only ONE day in the city, and we finished with tours, paperwork, and lease within three hours (including an hour lunch!). Everyone in the office was super nice, honest, and had my interests in mind. It's a great service if you want to live in the heart of the city. Ask for Yana...she rocks! Thanks :)

Yana was great!
We came to uptown locators with a single afternoon to find an apartment. Yana was great, knew exactly what questions to ask (both to us and to the leasing offices) and within a few hours, we had the perfect place for us! my partner and I were a little nervous since neither of us knows the area, and there are so many rental options! We could not have asked for a better experience, and would recommend Uptown Locators very highly.

Good Price
Looked for an apartment, found Uptown Locators on mojopages, called them, saw an apartment the next day, signed in a lease within 5 days. THAT easy. They have everything downtown you can dream of, for a good price. Thanks you guys, specially Yana.

Best locators ever !!!!!!
I know the uptown area very well and did a lot of research on my own. The agents at the uptown locators office were super friendly but the best part is that they got me a better deal with every single property i chose! I ended up saving time and money. The dogs by the way are super cute and i actually loved how pet friendly they are over there. Great people, Great service, great deals !

Best apartment locator in town! Stellar service!
When I moved to Dallas, I knew I didn't want to move to a giant apartment complex with hundreds of neighbors. I searched for "the perfect apartment" on my own for months with no luck, until I stumbled across Uptown Locators. After just a few short conversations, we were on our way to visit the first (and last) apartment on our list. It was "perfect" - and exactly what I had been looking for! Tameka was great in handling the remaining transactions, and all my questions in between. I would recommend Uptown Locators to anyone looking for something special in Dallas.
