BEWARE - Scam-like billing practices

The gym was nice, I loved working with the personal trainer. I've recently moved out of state and cancelling is an absolute nightmare! No one returns phone calls. I was charged for the month after I stated I was cancelling. I never once received a response. I contacted the Better Business Buerau only to learn that the company has an F rating. They are not responding to the BBB complaint either. I've been forced to dispute the charges to my credit card account. I don't regret the training but I regret not checking out their customer service ratings first.
