Green Collar Laundromat, Drycleaning & Tanning
Concerns about customer service. Some of the staff seem friendly. High turnover of employees. I've read feedback from this website and find very old postings. If any of the feedback is critical on some of the other websites it appears "rescue feedback" is added with a volume of the highest quality service imaginable feedbacks with 5 stars or just critical of the person posting. I'll be happy to present honest feedback and my own opinion - yours may be a different experience but my survey experience over the years and surveys of establishments are generally spot on. I would highly recommend using a different laundry service. They are relatively new (2009) and haven't grasped the concept of handling the customer service piece and business piece combined.. Maybe in time. I had an issue where one of my pieces of clothing was burned with one of their dryers. They seemed most focused on liability rather than a simple apology. That's what separates them from the best.
