PO Solutions was the managing company for my community's homeowners association. Shandorn and her team did not serve our hoa well. They did not provide financial statements as they should have, they took money w/out Board approval, they misappropriated funds, they were not responsive to the homeowner's requests. When we collectively decided to remove them as the managing agency, they terminated service contracts w/out Board approvaal, they overcharged on collection fees and handled in an illegit manner, and Shandron did not do due diligence in transferring information, money and intellectual property in a professional manner. Some things Shandron and her company did actually put our community in danger physically which could have ultimately resulted in death or severe physical harm. I would not suggest POSolutions to anyone.
