        Forgot to include how long it took him for the $200 repair.

        My original post forgot to include that it literally took him 30 seconds to install the "kit". He unscrewed the cap installed the new piece and washer and was done. It took him longer to write the receipt than the $200 job he charged for.

          Overcharged me. *BEWARE*

          Daniel charged me $200 for a "kit" that comprised of 2 washers and a plastic cap to fix my leaky backflow valve. His logic was "that's what everyone is charging to fix these." Mind you, he had originally installed my sprinkler system (Approx. $2000) so I was not a new customer. He definitely lost a customer on this day! Update: I later found out the “kit” he used is about $35. *CUSTOMER BEWARE*
