                          Labor Ready

Labor Ready of El Paso director Mr. Mike Costas should be investigated for violating state and federal labor laws. Labor Ready of El Paso director Mr. Mike Costas questionable labor and pay practices is predictably long and convoluted while he takes advantage of regulatory negligence concerning costly safety programs and insurance requirements. Labor Ready of El Paso director Mr. Mike Costas steals the cake when it comes to exploiting employees and managing one of El Paso's best labor slave out post! What to expect as a Labor Ready Employee 1.Labor Ready of El Paso sends workers with a volunteer driver and fails to compensate the driver directly in which forces the driver to collect gas funds directly from the employees going to the same job site. if you own your own vehicle Labor Ready of El Paso expects you to take as many workers that fit in your vehicle to the job site at your own risk of collecting gas and wear and tear fees from your occupants and if you refuse due to your auto insurance liabilities you don't get a job. You are not paid for time you wait at the agency for a referral, nor are you compensated for time spent traveling to and from a job site. 2.Labor Ready of El Paso job assignments are 95% labor @ 7.25 an hr while it charges its customers twice that amount or more. Labor Ready Of El Paso expects you to use power tools and perform other skilled labor assignments at that same $7.25 an hr rate without complaint or increase of hourly pay. If you should inform Labor Ready Of El Paso of your work site duties and demand and increase you are rapidly replaced and out of a job. 3.Labor Ready Of El Paso Director Mike Costas turns a blind eye to the fundamental rights of Labor Ready employees when customers harass or intimidate a Labor Ready employee, or providing an employee with unreasonable or impossible work assignments, as well as any form of verbal abuse such as name calling, etc. When Labor Ready of El Paso employees come forward with complaints of customer's bullying etc.. they are simply dismissed and not re-assigned to to any work assignments. Labor Ready Of El Paso Director Mike Costas is making that money by exploiting El Paso workers, and paying them minimum wage for horrible and rigorous construction work that their own customers refuse to do!
