Deep Blue Wilmington or dinner food?

I went to Deep Blue in Wilmington Delaware to celebrate 10 years together with my partner. We wanted to pick somewhere special so we decided to go back to Deep Blue to celebrate. The salads were the best thing we ate but do not order the pasta seafood dish. I could not beleive they would use previously frozen peas with overcooked pasta and dried out ham. It would have been ok if I ordered this from a dinner but we are talking about one of the best resturants in Wilmington. Well I will not go back there I would rather cook at home where I know the food is fresh and prepared in a way that I like. Shame on you Deep Blue.
