Wish they had a -1 rating I would have selected that!This place sucks and the owners are very rude. I took my dog in there and told the girl that was going to groom her exactly what I wanted done. I made her repeat what I said to make sure she heard me correctly. I told her I wanted a little trimmed off all over. She shaved my dog. My dog looks like a rat shaved. She has pretty long eyelashes and she cut them off after I expressed to her I loved the eyelashes and please don't cut them off. I paid $35 to make my dog look ugly. Everyone that see's her laughs. all the owner had to say was. "well I can't glue the hair back on" so professional. Ha!

We get our dog groomed at Pampered Pets almost every two weeks. Today, Aug 16, 2008, I took my dog in for grooming, and was told that I would be called when she was ready. Two hours later I called and was told that we had been called 1/2 earlier, but there was no answer. After dropping of my dog I went directly home, where my wife was, and we were indoors all the time. We also have an answering machine! When I went to get my dog, the guy again told me that "she" had called 1/2 hour ago, and there was no answer. I tried to tell him that we were home, and that we have an answering machine. He then said, "I don't give a crap what you say." I went to the back and got my dog, on the way out I told the guy that I wouldn't be back. He then said, "Get the hell out of here and don't come back!" I had to choose one star to be able to submit this review. If I could, I wouldn't have picked ANY stars!!!
