Septic needed to be clean. The Erie PA Roto Rooter was there winthin an hour! They always respond quickly. Everyone has always been great. The plumbers are great. Resolved issues quickly. When you need a plumber in Erie PA, Roto Rooter is the one to call.

My intial call was answered in a timely manner. They sent someone out to fit my schedule. The technician was very professional and helpful. He informed me very well of what the problem was. It has been a month and my drain is still running smooth. I am well pleased with the service I received.

I had a clooged drain and I had to call Roto Rooter to come out and fix it. While they were at my house they knocked over a bench in my basement putting a hole through my wall. They never told me about it. Days later I found it and called and the serviceman then admitted that he did it. When I asked about repairing it and the cost they told me they'd do it but they were not very efficient about doing it. I definently don't reccomend this service.
