                          Worst Customer Service and Damage Claim Process

                          I took my car through the car wash and the rear wiper was broken off. I contacted the store to find out what the damage claim process was. I was told another office was the main office and contacted them. I was told to leave my name and number and I would be contacted by the claims manager. I called every day for 5 days and was never able to speak with the claims manager. I paid out of pocket to repair the wiper due to upcoming travel. I was finally contacted by a regional mananger who told me the person who I was told was the claims manager didn't exist, and they would not reimburse me for the cost to replace the wiper but would instead give me a detail job worth the price I paid to repair my wiper - as if I would use their service again! I am very disappointed with the runaround I was given and at one time I had even asked to speak with the manager on duty. After explaining what had happened, I asked him what TLC's claims process was and without saying a word, he passed me to a junior employee and told her to take my name and number. I consider that to be very unsatisfactory actions for a manager and very rude in general. I am a Soldier and work hard for my money. I don't appreciate poor service and as a rule never return to a store that doesn't value my patronage.
