Bad customer Service/ Poor Management

Visit Ralph Polo store located in Tanger Outlet Mall, and services are poor, Certain customers are greeted and others are not. The Manager(Sylvia) is argumentive, bad appearance she always look as if she rushed to work, hair is unkempt and has a very abrasive personality. Just recently she and a few of her workers posed as high officials from corperate and coercived a statement from one of their employees and filed an eroneous report. Sylvia interfered with Police work by personally contacted the Personnel. It is believed that Sylvia orchestrated the whole event and used her employee as a Scapegoat to cover up for inadequate/unaccountable inventory . I have confronted her with several complaints concerning my son and nothing was done, I was promised a number for corporate and also I would hear from a representative to plead my case. I look for to hearing from someone in yiur company soon. The court date has already been set. Thanking you,in advance Sharon Knight
