I love the actual shop - they did my wedding arrangements which were absolutely gorgeous. When I ordered flowers online today for my mother-in-laws birthday I was charged twice. When I called I reached an answering service/customer service of sorts and was told that it happens all the time if the line is busy when they try to make the initial charge and that I will only be charged once. The woman I spoke to was both not helpful and rude. She interrupted me every other word when I was trying to explain that I could not afford to have my available balance effected by a double charge and basically told me to get over it or cancel my order. I am surprised at the horrible phone call and will most likely never bother to order online here again which means I will not order from flowers by josie again as we live 3 hours away now. The in store service is fantastic - don't get me wrong and I prefer to support local businesses, whether they be mine or located elsewhere but this is a shining example of why paying the extra delivery fee for 1-800-Flowers or some other big-box establishment might be worth it.
