increased Confidence
When I train at Dahn Yoga Center on a regular basis, my confidence and belief in myself becomes very high, and I find that when I do not take classes at the center, my awareness and belief in myself declines. I have learned that coming to regular class and doing some type of training is so important to do on a regular basis. Anytime I feel a little down about myself or don't have much energy, I immediately find the nearest center and head right over :) Thank you Dahn Yoga!

I feel so peaceful and relaxed
I have been practicing Dahn yoga since 2002. It has become part of my life, as coming to class is something I really enjoy. I love the feeling I get after class; I feel so peaceful and relaxed. I highly recommend it
