Best local eatery with small neighborhood pub atmosphere

Patrick's Pub is a fantastic place. The owner Alan Beetle makes every one feel at home. The food is fresh, served hot and promptly by friendly servers and at a great price. The menu is varied with something for every one. The local bands and performers are a big plus especially The Red Hat Band for classic rock. The big band music they had recently was a welcome change. Come here to catch some Red Sox games or hockey. Halloween and St Patty's Day are great fun here. The beer is cold and the bartenders mix drinks on request. They even make a special "gypsy" chocolate martini for a drummer who eats there a lot. We have been eating at Patricks for several years and have never had a bad experience. Join the pub club. All they need this winter is an outdoor ice bar with vodka luge on the deck with ice sculptures/sled dogs and Smirnoff girls handing out free stuff along with the Red Hat band to attract local skiers/snowmobilers and the rest of us crazy New Englanders to make it even more fun!
