With my bad credits, people at Toyota of Gresham, Portland, and Broadway was unable to help me secure an auto loan for the 2011 Camry I wanted. (Makes me wonder after visiting Dewey at Toyota of Gladstone, if its my credit or the customer service that didn't get a deal done for me at the previous Toyota dealers I visited.) Friends recommend me to visit Dewey at Toyota Gladstone. Glad I did. The moment he greeted me, I felt a good sense of comfortably that he will get a deal for me. After failing to get a deal done with the other Toyota dealers, I wasn't very optimistic that Dewey could. But he worked, worked, and worked and got me a loan with ZERO, yes!, ZERO down. How could that be, right? I don't know, but he helped to get me a loan for ZERO down and very low interest. I was very surprised by the work Dewey did for me and appreciated every step of the process he guided me through to get the car and the great loan. Internet response from Ryan was very quick and honest ( we bought thru Costco, so quote on price was accurate). Financing adn dealer incentives explained and honored. Al was helpful on site in picking out car and test drive. In and out with the new car in about 1 1/2 hours total. Easy experience.
This is my fisrt experience with purchasing a vehicle by means of the internet. I found it very convenient to search for the vehicle I wanted. This is much less of a hassle than going to a dealership. I never fealt pressured at any time though the sales representative was responsive and delivered on all of his promises. Initially, I was concerned about the security aspect of making a big purchase like this over the internet. In the end, I found going with a established and reputable dealership was safe and secure. Overall, I found the process easy and convenient and I am quite pleased with my new truck.
Duy Dang was an excellent sales rep. and I recommend this dealership to all others looking for any Toyota including other car brands they're interested in. He also had a terrific sales team. They made the process enjoyable and the trip to Toyota was more than worth it.
