With my bad credits, people at Toyota of Gresham, Portland, and Broadway was unable to help me secure an auto loan for the 2011 Camry I wanted. (Makes me wonder after visiting Dewey at Toyota of Gladstone, if its my credit or the customer service that didn't get a deal done for me at the previous Toyota dealers I visited.) Friends recommend me to visit Dewey at Toyota Gladstone. Glad I did. The moment he greeted me, I felt a good sense of comfortably that he will get a deal for me. After failing to get a deal done with the other Toyota dealers, I wasn't very optimistic that Dewey could. But he worked, worked, and worked and got me a loan with ZERO, yes!, ZERO down. How could that be, right? I don't know, but he helped to get me a loan for ZERO down and very low interest. I was very surprised by the work Dewey did for me and appreciated every step of the process he guided me through to get the car and the great loan. I hope more people will have the chance to experience the excellent services, friendliness, professionalism that Dewey brings to Toyota of Gladstone team. Thank you Dewey!

Easy experience
Internet response from Ryan was very quick and honest ( we bought thru Costco, so quote on price was accurate). Financing adn dealer incentives explained and honored. Al was helpful on site in picking out car and test drive. In and out with the new car in about 1 1/2 hours total. Easy experience.

Quite pleased
This is my fisrt experience with purchasing a vehicle by means of the internet. I found it very convenient to search for the vehicle I wanted. This is much less of a hassle than going to a dealership. I never fealt pressured at any time though the sales representative was responsive and delivered on all of his promises. Initially, I was concerned about the security aspect of making a big purchase like this over the internet. In the end, I found going with a established and reputable dealership was safe and secure. Overall, I found the process easy and convenient and I am quite pleased with my new truck.

Terrific sales team
Duy Dang was an excellent sales rep. and I recommend this dealership to all others looking for any Toyota including other car brands they're interested in. He also had a terrific sales team. They made the process enjoyable and the trip to Toyota was more than worth it.

I recently bought a 2010 new Toyota Camry from Duy Dang at Toyota Gladstone. Our friend referred us to him. He was very professional, hassle-free and communicated to us very well through Vietnamese. Our credit was not up to par, but Duy Dang was able to help us get the car.

First time we went there
This was the first time my wife and I came to the Dealership because it is located far away from my home. We heard about this Dealership from words-of-mouth, from a friend. We came and had an excellent experience with this Dealership. The environment was very clean, bright and welcoming. The selections were great. The whole staff was very friendly. Especially, we were pleased with and grateful for the service and help from Duy Dang; in our opinion he is an excellent salesman. Ultimately, we received excellent price and promising services. We love this Dealership.

We got a deal
We got a deal, and satisfied on our purchased a Toyota Matrix from Toyota of Gladstone. Duy Dang is the man we met at the first time. He listened our needs, and tried to fit our budget by searching the cars available in his inventory. Mr Duy is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We can't emphazise this enough, Duy explained in details some vehicles we tested, and also made some recommendations. It was not a long time to waiting, finally we picked a car we like best. Duy and his dealership stand behind what they sell. At last, we drive home happy. Thanks again Mr Duy Dang, you did a great job!
