                            Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Completely scammed!

                            I was automatically billed the first of every month and paid on time for almost 3 years with this company. I began to have service problems in the end of march and they we reluctant to provide service call to repair my issues until the middle of April. This service call couldn't even be completed because they didn't bring replacement equipment so after I took two hours off work they left with the same issues. I was asked to re-schedule meanwhile I was charged for all of April and then may as it was then may the 10th before they would re-schedule the service call. They sent the same workers to my home that day which I was expecting to have equipment replaced but was surprised when they then stated that it was my baby monitors in my home interfering with my service. Although these had been in use for over two years and the service would work even with the monitors unplugged. Once again the workers were wasting my time and were not willing to replace our equipment. I called my husband so he could speak to them and then the workers became verbally abusive to me in my home by cussing me. I then locked them outside my home. When they began to beat on the doors and windows I went out the back and got into my car and tried to leave they yelled cuss words and then locked my front gate preventing me from being able to leave. I then called 911 and had the police come out. While waiting on the police they ripped all the external equipment off our roof leaving a hole in a roof and a large heap of silicone. We have ask for refund for April and may service with out response. So we are persuing small claims court. The sherriff's office helped with the diorderly conduct and unlawful detainment. This company and it's employees are nuts and have no concept of customer service and taking care of your clients. I hope this review helps someone. The service guys were crazy and completly unpredictable. Unsure if this company does background checks or drug testing before allow these people to enter customers homes??? Would be interesting to know. Do not ever use argon technologies from Greenville Texas
