Boarded my pet for a week...only to return and find a huge bump that had already started to heal on it's own on the top of his head. When I called to ask what happened, there was no record of any injury. Clearly there was an injury within at least 3 to 4 days before my return..someone must have seen it and should have reported it before I found out about it. My pet also smelled like urine which led me to believe he wasn't walked properly. Unless you're desperate, I wouldn't advise you leaving your loved one there, esp over a major holiday.
