Beyond my expectations
I truly have no words to express my gratitude for what Carlos has done. Being a first time-buyer, establishing credit, I didn't think it was possible to close on the deal, but Carlos went beyond my expectations and took it upon himself to help me. He remained optimistic, enthusiastic and showed me that he was willing to do whatever was required on his side to make me happy.
