absolutley horrible

My experience here at Kathy's Bridal is absolutley horrible. My wedding is in a few weeks. She ordered my dresses late not when I actually made the orders. So my dresses arrived late. She lied that she started the beading on my dresses but she did not. I went to pick them up and there was no beading. She gave me a date for the beading to be done and since then she keeps pushing back that date. Finally I was fed up so I went to the store to pick up the dresses beading or not she lies and tells me that the dresses all but one were no longer in the store but shipped to get beaded. For 30 min we went back and forth to find out the dresses where in the back of the store the whole time and no beads! She lies about not being in the store, she doesn't honor appointments, she's rude and disrespectful, she doesn't remember initial orders, she hangs up on you, she's completely horrible! DO not choose her for your wedding.
