Management is unprofessional, do not communicate with tenants. Leases and Certifications are not processed when they should be or being not returned to the tenants. Tenant are being threatened with eviction because the local office and main office in Jackson are not communicating on what or when thing should be done. Tenants are being charged for copies that they should have in their possession from the beginning. When asked about charging fee, it wast mentioned it was HUD's policy to charge for copies in you file. Paperwork is being turned in to management but does get processed or returned at a fair time. If the tenants have to turn in information at a certain time then should that information be returned as soon as possible.
