We needed to get picked up at the Lihue Airport and taken to Grand Hyatt Resort in Poipu. We had found Pono Taxi while doing a search for Kauai Taxis, and had called to reserve an airport pick up. As for most taxis, we never know what you are going to get and if all your bags will fit into the taxi. With Pono Taxi, they had displayed their minivans directly on their website, so we knew that we were going to have plenty of room for us and our stuff. The Taxi was waiting for us at the Airport and greeted us with a smile. The taxi is clean and comfortable. Once we had arrived at the Grand Hyatt, the driver had given us his business card, to call them easily when we are ready to get back home. Great service and I will highly recommend. Yes, we did get a ride back after our stay at the beautiful Grand Hyatt AND we took a 4 hour tour with them to sightsee the Garden Isle of Kauai, including the amazing Wailua Falls.
