Goodyear Nextire
This is the first review I have ever done. I search for their phone number and read this review. I have four cars in my family and have done all my services at this location. The staff has always treat my wife and kids professionally. They have always explained what was needed in a manner I could understand (I am not car savvy) and have honored any warranty issue with a smile. I have recommended them to friends and have always received positive feedback. They have a mechanic (Matt) you need to meet if you are having problems with your car.

On 01/12/2012, I went to my Goodyear Tire store (Loganville Tire Center, LLC), the same one I have been frequenting for about 10 years to get a coolant flush for my 1992 Mercedes 300d. I took the car to Goodyear because of my long relationship with them. I found the same service about $30 cheaper at Kaufman tire but wanted to reward the with my business. The coolant was flushed and the staff was friendly. When I left, I noticed I had no heat. I drove the car for a day to see if there were any bubbles in the cooling system. The problem did not go away. I could feel a bubble in a line leading to the heater core. The following day, I asked Mr. Logan if they could double check their work. He spoke to his technician and said there was no way for them to read any computer codes to diagnose the problem and they could not help me. They did not even bother to inspect the car. I was asking for them to double check their work, but Mr. Logan apparently does not believe in such things. A coolant flush includes a refill of coolant. The coolant hose with air in it was clear evidence the coolant wasn’t completely filled. This job was accepted but, when I asked to have the problem checked, all of a sudden the mechanic claims incompetence. If the mechanic can not determine if the procedure was done correctly, they shouldn’t do it at all. They my money for a service that was done improperly completed and for which they later admitted they were incapable of performing. This company has lost a decade long customer over their refusal to double check their work. Pick another mechanic or tire store!
