The refridgerator in my tenants unit wasnt working so I randomly called these guys. Jerry showed up and was great. Quickly diagnosed the problem, then gave me options based on price on how to proceed. Once I gave him the go-ahead, it took ten mintues to finish the job , and it was cheaper than the last guy i had been using..

The repairman, Otto, was at my door within 15 minutes of my refrigerator repair call! He was very courteous and he thoroughly explained (without my asking) everything that he checked and did to my refrigerator. Not only is my refrigerator working properly, I learned a thing or two about why and how it works!

My experience with these guys was top notch. The lady on the phone was professional and friendly, and the guy that came out (Otto) was exactly the same. He was able to fix my oven in no time (dying ignitor) and rather than tempt me with a risky fix to my washer, instead gave me a very honest diagnosis that I was better off getting a new one and proceeded to show me why. Throughout the time he was there he remained friendly, enthusiastic, and explanatory.

Great service at a reasonable price. My GE stackable dryer was making a loud sound, and I took it apart to find out what caused it. And I found out it was the blower! When Peter and his assistant arrived, they quickly adjusted the blower and removed the noise...

I set up an appointment between 1-3pm. He showed up at 1pm! He was friendly, personable & very professional. He diagnosed the problem on my Frigidaire front-load washer in 6 minutes. 6 minutes, people!!! Part was ordered and should arrive in 2-3 days, but I didn't have to wait that long...

Our A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days... We called and the technician showed up within 2 hours. He brought my husband with him on the roof, and showed him exactly what was wrong...our electronic panel was fried, and was even sparking occasionally.
