I brought in jewelry to sell- ALOT and tons had gems, he stated after he melted down the gold he would give me the stones back- (some having sentimental value) and I called back to ask for them and they no longer had them! The owner Armando wouldnt do anything about it and acted like,,oh it was a simple mistake. Never got anything in exchange and lost all of the stones I was promised- amethyst,rubies,,, I am just so upset! I will NEVER be giving them my business or trusting them again- Id advise you not to as well! Its sad that people operate their business this way with no regard to their customers when they mess up....

DONT DONT DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! I HAD 2 MOVADO WATCHES TO HAVE THEM CLEAN AND MAKE ONE LARGER- SIMPLE RIGHT? NO NOT FOR THEM I WENT BACK AND FORTH 4 TIMES AND IN THE PROCESS MY WATCH IS NOW HALF MISSING AND RUINED DUE TO THEM NOT PROPERLY FIXING THE BAND WHILE MAKING IT LARGER- I CALLED HIM TO LET HIM MAKE IT RIGHT- HE WOULDNT, HE DENIED THAT HE FIXED IT WRONG WHEN EVERYDAY AFTER THEY "FIXED" IT I WAS IN THE STORE SHOWING HIM HOW IT WAS COMING APART- 2 DIFFERENT TIMES! HE WONT EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND NOW I HAVE A BROKEN WATCH I CANT WEAR AND HAVE TO ORDER NEW PARTS WHICH ARE EXTREMELY PRICEY! I got engaged Christmas. My ring was a size too large. The important thing to was my ring is platinum, and I looked for a jeweler to reduce it while I waited. For the most part so many jewelers were too busy or indifferent about my prescious ring. I called Armondo, and he was so gracious and told me to come in and he would do it for me. My ring is sooo beautiful and I love the care and respect he gave me. He was also the least expensive of all jewelers I spoke with. Thank you Armondo.
