I have gone to this salon a few times and every time they have treated me with great professionalism and kindness. my nails have come out BEAUTIFUL & they last much longer than any other place I have gone to. I would HIGHLY suggest everyone go to Nails to Perfection! I was told by a friend to go there many times and I admit I was nervous at fires but OMG after I went the first time, I will NOT go anywhere else! So please pass the word to all your friends who love to pamper themselves! NAILS TO PERFECTION IS THE PLACE TO GO!

I arrived at the nail salon about 10 minutes before my appointment and they took me right in which was great, since I'm the type of person who is not into waiting. The water was so hot that I had to take my feet out immediately, I have never felt water so hot before. The pedicurist put some colder water and then got started. He explained that they have a plastic cover in the tub that they change each time so I thought that was a good thing. As he was working on my feet, 3 other employees sat in the pedicure chairs and ate their lunch while bantering in Chinese. They were not only eating where customer get pedicures but they were slobbering their food loudly and jabbering with the mouthes full. I was honest and truly disgusted. At one point the said something to the man working on my feet, he said something back, they all laughed and I looked down catch him looking at me. He looked back down at my feet really quickly and turned red. They were obviously making a comment about me. I felt like Elaine Benis in an old Seinfeld episode. As I went to pay, I handed him my Debit card to which he responded that they only take cash. He pointed outside and said, "ATM out there', I went outside, looked around, did not see any ATM, so I went back in, asked him and he brought me to the door and pointed at this deli across the way and said, "In there" - as if I would have known that! I got the cash, paid them, he apologized and I told him that if they're cash only, that's fine but he should have told me when I called [since I did tell him it was my first appoiment there] and then I added that I don't know any salon in exisitence in 2010 that doesn't take Debit / Credit cards. The pedicure itself was mediocre but it took way way too long - nearly an hour. I will never go back...
