The owner and head manager of Glenwood Terrace and Highland Hills doesn't care about her resident's health. I never had sinus issues before moving into our apartment, and I've had chronic sore throats, rhinitis, headaches, and a weak voice since moving in here, months ago. GT steam-cleaned the carpet twice before we moved in; even a rental inspector told me that any place that needs to clean twice should simply replace the carpet. This management won't budge or compromise in any way. The carpet is filthy and likely has mold in the carpet pad, and I'm currently on my second round of antibiotics because I'm literally infected. Don't live here if you value your health!
