this store is the best!!! we purchased an entire house of furniture from the salesman Max and he was sooooo helpful. we must have been in that store for about 7 hours. they have the biggest selection of furniture. we were able to order everything we wanted from them including accessories, lamps, rugs, pictures, etc. we ordered a dining room set with three leaves because we have a huge family, a sectional that has power to recline the seats, a bunk bed that looked like a princess bed, a king size canopy bed for our master bedroom, another sectional (from the clearance area) for our den, and a bedroom set for our son. they delivered the dining room set and our master bedroom set immediately because it was in stock and it took about 2 weeks for the balance of the furntiure to be delivered. we were only charged one delivery charge even though we had two deliveries. the customer service girl Debbie was so nice that i sent her a small gift certificate as a token of my appreciation for all she did. the furniture and the accessories look great in our new home. we cannot thank you enough. i highly recommend this store.

        Terrible Customer Service

Do not buy furniture from this place. They only speak to you before they get your money. Once they have it and there is a problem, you can't talk to anyone except for the receptionist who can't help you with a problem. They delivered a $3000 defective couch and told us a technician would have to come out to fix it. The technician has not been able to fix it properly but says it is within the "acceptable" limits of operation. It is a recliner which does not recline properly. The footrest is not level and the back is not even with the stationery part of the couch. What junk.
