I strongly do not recommend this man, especially if you are a female victim of domestic abuse. I told my story to his very nice staff, and after they went to talk to his assistant, I was told my case was something he might take on, and was given an appt. for a free consultation. Mr. Kerr treated me with absolute disrespect, and would not even listen to me. He was rude, and told me right off he would not help me. He would not let me speak, and when I left upset, he claimed to his office staff and fellow attorney, that it was I refusing his help. Not the other way around. I wasted precious time, and gas money, on this complete waste of a "consultation." I was insulted and treated very badly. I am a woman with a PhD in Physics from Caltech and am listed in Who'sWho of American women. He treated me like gutter trash. Do not go to Mr. Kerr if you are a woman.
