I was a customer, I will never do business with your company again. I purchase a new two piece pant suit, the suit was brought to the cleaners for dry cleaning only. When ATTEMPTED to pick the clothing up the pants was stain with what appears to be grease, I remind you that the suit is NEW. I sent the item back for rework on WEDNESDAY, the ticket says the item will be ready on FRIDAY, It is now SATURDAY I'm at the store where the item is no where to be found. I have spoke with an employee here who is calling someone that's telling him the item is at another facility in MISSISSIPPI. WOW!! This suit was purchased for an event for Tomorrow. I can't get the so called Manager or owner on the phone because they are off and will not be back until MONDAY!!! BUT the lady in Mississippi said I could drive to Byhalia and pick up my item that I have paid them to clean and have here on today. ALL IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICES THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! Not sure how this will end but I have much more time than money so small claims court have my name on it. UN HAPPY CUSTOMER. BBB COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED NEXT. UPSET SO LOOK OVER THE GRAMMAR.
