The worst I've ever experienced!
Please please do NOT use this company - they were terrible from start to finish. They arrived late, tore up my apartment moving the furniture out - stopped for lunch on my time, and that's not even the worst of it. Once at my new house, they proceded to drop a washing machine ("but it was slippery!" these professionals complained), ram a couch through a doorway completely gouging the door frame ("that's a big couch!" they complained again), gouged the hardwood floors in multiple locations, scraped the walls up the entire length of the stairs ("oh did we do that?"), ruined an antique dresser by completely gouging the front of it, broke the leg off another dresser, punched a hole in the ceiling... I could go on. This was by far the absolute worst moving experience I have ever had - do not make the same mistake I did - go with a company that employs actual professionals

Sure Load Moving
Was very impressed with how this company handle the entire moving process. From start to finish. My wife and I have moved at least 20 times over the years and this group of guys was by far the best bunch of guys. Handled everything with care and really went out of there wat to make sure everything was done the right way.
They broke my expensive Crate & Barrel Kingston 52 Media Console!
One of the workers was very rude when I begged him to wrap my furniture, as misleading shown on their website. He said, “I’ve been doing this for 12 years!” I was in tears by the end of the move. I tipped them hoping for the best, to no avail, since they held all my belongings hostage. They broke my expensive Crate&Barrel Kingston 52 Media Console. When I offered to send Jeremy photos of the broken piece he angrily shouted, “Yeah, you can send me photos and I’ll give your address to “----” (he named one of the employees he‘d potentially fire) to your house and you can deal with it. So not only did he threaten to violate my privacy and send angry employees my way, he wants to blame me for making people “lose their jobs.” No integrity whatsoever. He breaks your furniture, you get threatened. I haven’t been compensated, or even apologized to, for my loss. I used 4 different moving companies in NYC, and I’ve never witnessed such thuggish behavior.
