Feel gypped
Signed up for personal training sessions and paid in advance. Twice the trainers left the gym before finishing my training package and the owner refused to make good. He also told me to leave to go with my trainer and then tried to charge me a $199 "cancellation fee." He made other unauthorized charges to my credit card.
