I could not say more good things about Laser Cosmetica! I am so happy with my services. I have always been the one to say no, my skin is too sensitive, no I wouldnt do any cosmetic enhancements but Laser Cosmetica has changed my mind. I went with a friend to her appointment and saw how amazing she looked after, I knew I had to try them. From consultation to first appointment, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. I will definitely be referring friends and going back again.

This is the worst company ever and should be avoided at all costs. They should be out of business. All they want to do is sign you up to things without giving you all the facts first. They are fast talking swindlers. And when you ask for a refund they give you the runaround and never call you back. They give you different stories each time you call up and different procedures for doing things and basically just want to steal your money. The customer service is HORRIBLE. DON'T do business with these people. They are sharks that just want to STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love laser cosmetica!!!!! You have made my life so much easier. My husband came to you to remove his back hair and I no longer have to shave it! I am the happiest wife in the entire world :D It was such a turn off that I had to do that. We are both so much happier now. Thank you!

The following are problems I experienced with Lasercosmetica (LC), beginning on 10/12/11, in both their White Plains and Corporate offices:

1) not supplying required medication on promised dates; 2) abdicating responsibility for promised services; 3) not returning phone calls; 4) not replying to emails; 5) not letting patients contact their MD; 6) not letting patients express their complaints to the owner; 7) promising corporate responses (to complaints) that never happen; 8) hanging up on customer’s phone calls; 9) LYING during the course of the resulting credit card dispute investigation.

The worst part of my terrible experience with Lasercosmetica was when Stephanie Sharpe, to my understanding a “Supervisor” of all Clinic Directors and other staff, acting on behalf of Lasercosmetica, LIED to me during the course of a credit card dispute investigation! The lie entailed Stephanie, and Theresa (White Plains Clinical Director) both supposedly leaving multiple voice mails with me and supposedly I never called them back. This issue could have had a direct consequence in the credit card dispute.

However such blatant lies were easily revealed by my going to the Verizon cell web site and running a “usage detail” report of all incoming phone calls between the desired dates. This report demonstrated to my credit card company that Stephanie Sharpe LIED to a customer during the course of a credit card dispute investigation!
