I lived in Meadowview for 5yrs and hated it. The wiring is not up to code (had to call the fire dept when the bathroom fan started sparking and smoking). The place has tons of black mold. Our windows leaked (and by leaked I mean not a drip, but an indoor waterfall!). Had lots of issues with fleas, ants and ladybug infestations. The owner's son (who is taking over) is a complete a**hole and doesn't fix anything! There is no soundproofing between the units to the point where I used to be able to hear my neighbor snoring at night. I know that neighbors have had similar issues and some even worse, as bad as having their ceiling and floor fall through. Still haven't gotten my security deposit back (despite having left the place in great condition). The ONLY good thing about these places is the huge yard for the kids to play.
